You do not need a ready listing. Five high-level areas are enough to define the search direction and the first step.

A home purchase, rental, investment, or a combination of several goals.
Location and daily life
City or districts, travel, school, work, and important nearby places.
Type and parameters
Apartment, house, commercial unit, or land, plus approximate size, layout, and condition.
Budget and financing
A realistic purchase range, additional costs, and whether financing is needed.
Timing and constraints
The intended decision date, essential conditions, and deal-breakers.
